The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are designed to protect and inform you of your rights within the CTA service.

China Toy Association (CTA) respects copyright laws and expects all others to do the same. CTA and/or its affiliates are owners or lawful licensees of all content (including, but not limited to designs, logos, color schemes, look and feel, text, images) displayed on the pages. Any unauthorized copying, publication or distribution of copyrighted data may be an infringement of the copyright owners' (CTA's) rights. Any unauthorized use of CTA's patents, trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, pictures, look and feel, designs, copyrighted materials or any branded features without the prior written permission of CTA is strictly prohibited by law. If you infringe on CTA's rights with respect to any CTA proprietary property, you shall immediately cease such infringing activity and you shall be strictly liable to CTA for any and all damages which may be suffered as a result of your infringement.
