To upgrade skills of staff involved
in China toy industry, China Toy Association is devoted to conducting
various forms of training programs among toy manufacturers; export
enterprises, franchisers, retailers and related enterprises. These
training programs will fulfill professional requirements for staff
engaged in managing, manufacturing, design, sales, inspection and
related industry work.

Training
on toy designers
Proposed by CTA, Ministry of
Labor and Social Security, PRC will establish State Professional
Qualified Certificate System for toy designers. CTA participates
actively in setting up requirements for different level of toy
designers, build up test database, editing training materials
and conducting training programs routinely. |

Training
on ICTI Code of Business Practices
As a member of ICTI and authorized
by ICTI, CTA translated, edited and printed the Chinese version
of ICTI Code of Business Practices. CTA also conducts educational
training on the code. |

Training
on domestic and international toy safety standards
Trainings on Chinese Standards
include National Safety Technical Code for Toys and other national
and compulsory standards.
Trainings on international standards and regulations are composed
of ISO8124, EN71, ASTM F963, CE mark, UL mark and ST mark and
international standards and regulations for baby/infant products.
