Guide and promote the sustained and healthy development of the industry
Established in 1986, it is under the management of the Central Social Work Department and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the State. It is the only national non-profit organization in China specializing in the toy and baby products industry. It is the sole legal representative of the Chinese toy and baby products industry in the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) designated by the Chinese government. Over the past 38 years, it has been deeply engaged in four major fields: toys (pop culture toys), baby products, brand licensing, and preschool education. Under the guidance of relevant government departments, it has taken on the responsibility of coordinating and managing the entire industry.
